Easy Meal Idea

Ham and Cheese Crescents

For all you working moms out there...I am always looking for easy meals to make for dinner. Frankly, I really have no energy to put into meal planning, but Lily and Jeff have to eat. I thought I would share this easy, kid approved meal with you.

You need...
1 can of crescent rolls (who doesn't like these)
cheese slices
ham (I used deli meat)

Preheat the oven to 375. Lay out the crescent rolls-open. Place half a slice of cheese and a couple pieces of ham. Roll it up. Bake for 11 minutes and you are done!

We paired them with tomato and cucumber slices. Lily helped make them, so she was into it! She loved them and so did I!

My sister also make Tuna Calzones...same thing, only put tuna and cheese inside the crescent rolls and bake.

Thanks for the idea. I'm sure this will make it's way into our rotation.

One thing I have started doing is buying a whole bunch of ground beef at once, making a ton of taco meat and spaghetti sauce with it, and then freezing it in meal size portions. Makes at least one dinner a week reallllly easy!!!
