Happy Halloween!

Yesterday was busy! We went to my brother Stephen's new place in Indy for a little party. We had AWESOME food :) Stephen's condo is really, really nice too!

Then, we came back to Muncie and went to Maria and Jason's "Boo Bash." Again, we ate great food and went trick-or-treating around the neighborhood. Lily was fun this year because she was able to walk up to houses with the other kids and get the candy in her bag. She kept saying, "Mom, I am trick-or-treating!" Now, the candy is safely locked away :)

You can see pics of Jessie (Lily) and Woody (Ty)...

Wacky Tacky Day

This week is Red Ribbon Week, where students celebrate being Drug Free. We have daily "dress-up" days-hat day, slipper day, red day, and Wacky-Tacky day. As you can see, I dressed a little wacky for work today. It is definitely one of the perks of my job-getting to act like a kid again! I thought my scarf tied it all together nicely.

Here is one of Lily in her "Daddy's under my spell" shirt!

Dress Up!

Although she wouldn't take a good picture, I did catch a couple so you could see Lily in her "dress up" outfit! She is so into imaginary play these days. It was fun to watch her!

Hayride

Even though Lily has had a runny nose and has not been quite herself, we decided to go for a hayride tonight with friends. She really enjoyed it as you can see...

Happy Birthday Callie!

Friday was our niece Callie's second birthday! I am behind on giving her a shout out on our post...sorry Callie! We celebrated with her yesterday. I can't believe how grown-up she is!

Fall Activities

Lily and I had some Halloween craft time today. First, me made a "happy" ghost (that is what Lily wanted). She colored the face :) Then we made a spider out of an egg carton. Easy to do-just used stuff around the house!

When dad came home, we carved a pumpkin. She thought the gooey inside was gross! She told Jeff she wanted a scary face on the pumpkin...

I thought it turned out good but Jeff said it wasn't his best work-Lily didn't really care!

Pumpkin Farm

Yesterday, while Sarah and I were with friends at BSU's homecoming, Mimi and Papaw took Lily and Ty to Stoneybrook Farms for some fun on the farm. Aaron, Angie, and Hannah were also there. As you can see, they had a great time! It was a beautiful day to be outside.
