this one just sums everything up-caitlyn is focused on something else, callie is over the day, lily is relaxing, picking her nose (yuck!), and avery has no clue what is going on! Too cute though!

This weekend, we went to Cincinnati for Grandpa Quinn's calling hours and funeral. Everything was so nice-it was a beautiful Mass! The Quinn girls were all together. We were hoping to get some good pictures, but, as you can see, that was a bit hard. It was fun to see everyone and visit with so much family. It always makes me realized how blessed I am to have such a big family.

Crazy Week!

I officially started back to school this week-my sixth year of teaching is off to a pretty good start. I have 24 third graders. They seem to be a very eager bunch, so I hope to have as successful of a year as I did last year. I did, however, forget what is was like to go to work, teach all day, have cross country practice, pick-up Lily, cook dinner, and do bedtime routines! I have been beat down. AND I start another grad class Monday.

Sadly, we also say goodbye to Jeff's Grandpa Quinn who passed away Thursday morning. Jeff was able to go to Cincinnati on Monday to visit with him. I know he is grateful to have been able to say goodbye. Grandpa Quinn will be greatly missed!

Yesterday was Jeff's dad's birthday! We spent time with him today. The girls went for a swim and then we ate dinner and had ice cream cake!

My mom and Hannah came over and bleached the walls. Jeff hauled away rotted trash from down stairs. My mom and I spent several hours scraping and painting the walls. It is hard to tell in the pictures, but it turned out very nice!

After: fresh paint on the walls and floor and much cleaner!

Our friend, Amanda, and her daughter Lyla traveled to Muncie this weekend. Traci did Lyla's 2 year pictures. Even though they have only been able to stay a short time, it was nice to visit!
